Tuna is an amazingly sweet, curious cat. She has the random zoomies around the apartment (plenty of energy) and loves to wrestle with our resident cat. Tuna loves to chase and attack – fortunately, our resident cat has adjusted and tolerates Tuna's style of play. Tuna also loves playing with any snake/worm-like toy especially when it’s making noise. Her other favorite things are FOOD, she is the first one to arrive. Her other favorite thing is to watch the birds out on the balcony where I put a bird feeder up. 

Tuna lays by my feet when I'm cooking in the kitchen. She loves having that one on one time with her human. Anywhere a human is, she wants to be with them. She is not shy at all. When I have guests over, she is the first one to greet them by sniffing their hands and letting them pet her. Also, we noticed that she absolutely hates being alone without any humans in the apartment. When I leave for work my security camera gives me notifications of Tuna meow-whining an hour after I leave. She will do that a couple times a day.  

Tuna needs a cat companion that is super playful and patient with her physical style of play. She has tortitude at times where she does not want to be touched beyond just a head/ear/chin scratch unless she is in the right mood for more petting.

Tuna is particular about her litter box and insists that it be kept meticulously clean. She is one of those kitties where you will want to follow the recommended cat behavior recommendation of having a litter box for each cat PLUS one.  Tuna may be okay with a cat-friendly, confident dog but she has not been exposed to dogs while in our care.
