Sesame has big green eyes and a big, loving personality to match. His gorgeous fur and fluffy tail give him a similar look to a Norwegian Forest Cat (at least he thinks so). Two white whiskers curling up from each cheek lend Monsieur Sesame a certain je-ne-sais-quois elegance.
This playful boy is curious about everything happening in his home. Sesame loves to be in the center of everything, to follow his humans from room to room and keep them company, and to snuggle close to you in bed at night. He will happily entertain himself with a pompom ball, a springy cat toy, or a paper bag – but more than anything, he really loves to play with interactive toys and his family. Sesame vocalizes with delightfully quiet throaty trills that often sound like questions: “Yes? You called?” or “Is breakfast / lunch / dinner / second dinner perhaps ready?” or “I’m really good at helping. Can I help?”
During the quiet evening hours, Sesame wants nothing more than to curl up next to his person and enjoy a good book or a long movie.
Sesame will need an experienced cat guardian who respects his boundaries. He is very gentle, though when he’s super excited to see you, he may gently try to hug you (or more precisely, your ankles). He will also gently let you know when he’s all done being petted. Keeping his nails trimmed, making sure he has enough exercise and stimulation through interactive play, and following his cues are key.
Full of energy, Sesame will need daily interactive play sessions and/or be adopted with another easygoing kitten or young, playful cat. Sesame can be adopted with his foster kitten sister, Chewbacca.
Sesame gets along with kittens (with initial supervision to referee excitement all around) and with cat-wise children over 10. He might do well with a cat-friendly dog.
We estimate Sesame was born in late 2021 or early 2022. Kitty Bio #1227SH-Se.
