Opal is a stunning lynx point Siamese mix kitten with the most piercing pale blue eyes, a cute little white tip on the end of her tail and one pink toe bean! Opal is a soulful kitten who very cautiously explores new situations and people, but when they pass the test, she is all in, bonding deeply with her trusted humans. Opal loves to play and climb to the top of the cat tower and enjoys taking naps on soft blankets in the warmest sunbeams.

Opal is an observer, and with a sister as active as Ruby, there is a lot of activity to watch! Opal needs the option to retreat to the safety of the nearest hidey-hole if startled, but when the wand toy comes out and play mode is activated, Opal chases the toy relentlessly! When she is not playing, Opal will snuggle next to you on the arm of the couch, or by your feet in bed. When she wants love, she will head bonk you until you pet her and won’t let you stop.
 
Opal is hesitant with the resident cats in her foster home but adores her sister, Ruby. Opal and Ruby are tightly bonded and must be adopted together. Opal is a loving, snuggly, playful kitten who will quickly become the sparkling gem at the center of your household once she settles in! Opal would do well with older, gentle children and a kitten-proof home environment with humans who can provide calm, and consistency so that Opal feels safe enough to shine. Dogs are untested.
