Jigglypuff is an adorable, playful girl who loves interactive toys. She is very affectionate and will make biscuits in a blanket, lap, floor or air. When she wakes up from a nap she lets out a tiny meow to let you know she is ready for cuddles. Jigglypuff was born with a neurological condition called Cerebellar Hypoplasia that causes her to be a bit uncoordinated. Her condition will not get any worse and does not cause her pain. She doesn't seem to notice she's different. Jigglypuff will need another kitty friend in her home and should be fine with kids 7 and up and possibly a calm dog. We estimate that she was born in October of 2020.
