Cassidy (& Colby)
Although Cassidy is a young girl, perhaps only a year old, she's had a life full of twists and turns. She appeared very pregnant and befriended a person who then contacted us to provide assistance. Despite Cassidy's love of talking, we have yet to get all the details regarding how she came to be a mama on the street in need of a soft landing. It's quite likely she had a person previously and whether she was abandoned or somehow got lost, we don't know. She was a great mom to her brood of four kittens and all but one have been adopted and Cassidy is ready for the pampered life she deserves. Cassidy isn't quite a lap cat, and she may never be, but she does like the company of people and enjoys pets. She will start out a bit cautious, but can we blame her? She's been known to play a little bit, and that may increase the longer she is indoors — getting ready to have a family outside doesn't leave a lot of time for frolicking. Mostly, she'll want to tell you all about her day, her life, what she sees out the window, what she thinks you should wear to work and when she thinks you should feed her.
She is quite attached to her kitten Joey. We believe she was born in July of 2021. She would probably do fine with calm kids.
