Brownie loves to nuzzle your hand with her head while purring loudly and gazing into your eyes…she is an affectionate, gentle, sweetheart of a cat (with very fancy whiskers!)  She will greet you with a meow when you enter the room and if you don't go right over to pet her, she will come rub up against your legs, letting you know she's ready for her pets.  Although Brownie does get spurts of zummie energy throughout the day, she really is happiest being pet by her humans, and lounging around in a soft cozy bed.  She gets along well, and plays with, her foster brothers and sisters who are all younger than she is.  Brownie would be fine being the only pet in the home.  She has not been around dogs.  Brownie is FIV positive (which means she has a compromised immune system), but she's otherwise healthy.  The most important management goal for a FIV positive cat is to reduce their risk of acquiring secondary infections.  As an indoor only cat, with an attentive family, Brownie can live a very long, healthy life.  She has so much love and affection to offer her forever family.
